CVPT™ Prediction Accuracy — Terms & Conditions

Up to 90% observed prediction accuracy for Time, Trend & Trigger under defined internal validation conditions. This page explains what that means and what it does not mean.

Key terms

  1. CosmoKundli™ software, built on the CVPT™ method, showed up to 90% observed prediction accuracy for Time, Trend & Trigger in an internal validation study conducted by CosmoGuru.
  2. Each prediction was scored against validation criteria fixed before testing: correct = 1, partly correct = 0.5, incorrect = 0.
  3. Only cases with complete, correct and properly entered input data that met predefined eligibility criteria were included.
  4. The figure applies only to Time, Trend & Trigger. It does not apply to NIMITT (Medium), SWARUP (Form), exact event form, cause, Volume or final outcome.
  5. The study is internal and has not been independently certified.
  6. Results in any individual case may be higher or lower. No specific event or outcome is guaranteed.

Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

“CVPT™” means Cosmological Vibration Predictive Technology, the proprietary predictive framework developed by CosmoGuru Pvt Ltd. “Software” means CosmoKundli™ (developed by Cosmo Kundli Pvt Ltd) and any other software built on the CVPT™ framework. “Time”, “Trend” and “Trigger” mean the three prediction parameters defined in the CVPT Accuracy Validation Protocol.

2. Scope of the claim

The stated accuracy of up to 90% relates only to Time, Trend & Trigger predictions. It does not represent accuracy for NIMITT (Medium), SWARUP (Form), precise event manifestation, exact cause, Volume, or any final outcome, and should not be read as accuracy for every aspect of an event.

3. Study details

The figure comes from an internal review by CosmoGuru: past recorded predictions re-checked, and new predictions checked, with the CVPT™ method in the CosmoKundli™ software, built through 22 years of research and earlier prototype tools. The number of cases, the test period and the software version are kept in the validation file and will be published on this page.

4. How accuracy is calculated

Each eligible prediction is scored: correct = 1, partly correct = 0.5, incorrect = 0. Accuracy = total score ÷ number of eligible predictions × 100. What counts as correct, partly correct and incorrect for Time, Trend and Trigger, and the time window for each, was fixed in the protocol before testing began.

5. Input data

Validation assumed that input data (such as date, time and place of birth) was complete, correct, properly structured and entered in the required format. Incomplete or incorrect data may change prediction results. Birth data has three levels: (1) date, accurate time and place; (2) date and place with approximate time (within about one hour); (3) date and place without time. Predictions from level 2 or 3 data may be less accurate.

6. Eligible cases

Only cases that met the predefined eligibility criteria were counted. Cases with insufficient information, or outside the defined scope, were excluded and may produce different results.

7. Meaning of “up to 90%”

“Up to 90%” is the highest accuracy observed under the study conditions. It is not a promise that every prediction, case, category or software output will reach 90%.

8. Internal, not independent

The study was conducted internally by CosmoGuru. It is not an independent, third-party or government certification of accuracy.

9. Version-specific results

Results relate to the methodology, algorithm, scoring criteria and software version used during the study period. Later updates may produce different accuracy.

10. No guarantee of outcome

CVPT outputs indicate predictive patterns for Time, Trend & Trigger. They are not a guarantee that any event or outcome will occur, and real-world results may differ from validation results.

11. Supporting records

CosmoGuru maintains records of the study, including the protocol, eligibility criteria, sample data (anonymised), scoring rules, software version and study period. These records may be shared with regulators or authorised bodies on request.

12. Revision

CosmoGuru may revise the accuracy figure as the methodology, dataset or software changes. The latest figure and study date will be published on this page.

13. Personal data

Birth details and other personal data used for validation are stored in the CosmoKundli™ software and handled under CosmoGuru's Privacy Policy; Cosmo Kundli Pvt Ltd is responsible for data security in the software. Data used in the study was anonymised.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction.

Disclaimer

CosmoKundli™ and other CVPT™-based software provide predictive indications based on CosmoGuru's proprietary CVPT™ framework and its algorithmic evaluation method.

Any reference to “up to 90% prediction accuracy” refers only to observed performance for Time, Trend & Trigger in an internal validation study by CosmoGuru. The study has not been independently certified, and the same accuracy is not assured in every individual case.

The stated accuracy does not apply to NIMITT (Medium), SWARUP (Form), precise event manifestation, exact cause, Volume, or any final result.

Predictions may vary because of the quality of input data, case-specific conditions, circumstances outside the framework, software or methodology updates, and other real-world factors.

CVPT predictions are meant as structured guidance only. They are not a guarantee of future events and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological or other specialised advice. Please do not delay or stop any treatment, or make major financial, legal or personal decisions, based only on these predictions. Users act on predictions at their own discretion.
